Just wanted to let all know this is a great recipe, I started making old fashion peanut brittle in 1970 to send to my uncle in the vietnam war when I was in 9th grade. I did it the old fashion way hours on stovetop. When I saw microwave had doubts. I must say wish I had a microwave and this recipe for the troops back then... A re-birth , for my 19 yr old is in the Air Force... Thank You.... Nan-Z.
