Recipe(tried): Outback Steakhouse Alfredo Sauce (ingredient list & cooking info)

I worked at Outback for almost 7 years, if it was in the kitchen I have done it. I used to know all the recipes by heart but haven't worked there (until 4 months ago) for over 6 years. I tried to make this the other day and I know the ingredients and how to cook it just the exact amounts are what got me.

ALFREDO SAUCE

Heavy whipping cream 
Grated Parmesan cheese 
Garlic powder 
Onion powder 
Crushed red pepper flakes
Salt and black pepper 
Ground cayenne pepper 

I really feel like I'm missing something but I don't know for sure.

It's easy to cook you just put 4-6 ounces of sauce in a skillet, let start boiling, dump desired amount of noodles in and toss. As you toss the sauce will reduce and thicken once it's thick enough to coat noodles it's done.
