Recipe: Pasta Salad for 150

Salads - Potato, Pasta
Audrey, any luck on a recipe for pasta salad?
I'm doing the same, and frankly this is SO new to me that I am not seeing how I'm going to cook that much pasta!
But I found this easy recipe and working it out for 100, it's like this:

10 lbs of vermicelli pasta (I think I would use rotini)
20 cucumbers, chopped
20 tomatoes chopped (you could use grape tomatoes and save chopping)
20 green peppers chopped (might not take that many)
Bottled Italian Dressing (I would use Wish Bone Oil/Vinegar)
McCormick Salad Supreme spice mix to taste (I love that stuff)

You can serve immediately, or cover and chill before serving. (but put the dressing on before you serve it)

Hope that helps. If you have got any other recipes, please post.
thanks
Terri
