Recipe: Orange Sour Cream Dip (using pudding mix, Mr. Food recipe)

ORANGE SOUR CREAM DIP

1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate thawed and undiluted
1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup sour cream
Assorted fresh fruits (for serving)

Combine the first three ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a wire whisk until the mixture is well blended.

Stir in the sour cream. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.

Serve with fresh fruit.

Makes 2 1/2 cups
