Recipe: Pepperidge Farm Crispy Barbecue Chicken (using stuffing mix)

PEPPERIDGE FARM CRISPY BARBECUE CHICKEN

2 lb. chicken parts
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
2 cups Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing mix, crushed

DIP chicken into barbecue sauce and then coat with stuffing. Place chicken in shallow baking pan.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour or until done.

Makes 4 servings
