INDIAN FRY BREAD TACOS

1 loaf Bridgford Frozen Bread Dough, thawed
Oil for deep frying
1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
6 ounces grated Cheddar cheese
1 large tomato, chopped
Shredded lettuce
1 (3 1/4 oz.) can pitted ripe black olives
1/2 cup sour cream
Heat oil to 375 degrees F.
Slice dough into 8 equal pieces. Gently stretch each dough piece, using a small amount of flour on hands, into large circle, approximately 7-inches in diameter.
Fry dough in hot oil, turning once, until both sides are golden brown. Blot taco with paper towels.
Layer with beans, cheese and tomatoes. Top with sour cream and olives.
Makes 8 tacos
