PISTACHIO-AMARETTO PARFAITS
One box graham cracker crumbs
Large package pistachio pudding(prepard according to package directions)
Amaretto Liquore
whipped cream

Saturate graham cracker crumbs with Amaretto. Allow to dry throughly.
In parfait glasses alternate layers of pudding and crumbs, ending with pudding.
Drizzle Amaretto over top and down sides. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with
crumbs.

Hint for fast drying: Spread on cookie sheet and put in slow oven (275 degrees)
for 10-15 minutes . Then just recrumble when dry.
