Recipe: Powdered milk frothed in a blender
BeveragesMany years ago, my Italian teacher served us homemade cappuccino that she topped with powdered milk, frothed with icewater in a blender. I don't know the proportions, but if you have a blender or food processor, it might pay to experiment.
