Recipe: Punch Using Fresca for Suzi

Sugar Free Punch

sugarfree powdered mix to make 2 quarts lemonade (Crystal Light)
1 liter Fresca
ice
strawberries
orange slices

Mix the sugarfree lemonade mix according to the directions. Chill. Chill Fresca. When it is time to serve, pour both in a punch bowl, add ice and garnish with strawberries and orange slices. It is particularly festive to freeze orange and lime slices in the bottom of a tube pan with a quarter of an inch of water. After it is frozen, add another two inches of water and freeze solid. Pout hot water over the mold to release the ring and float it in the
punch bowl.

Gin and Fresca

1 oz. Gin
1 oz. Fresca

Build in a lowball glass.

PARTY WINE PUNCH
This simple punch is always a party favorite. Double or triple the recipe as needed.

1 liter ginger ale
1 liter Fresca
1 liter white wine
1 pkg. frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed
1 pt. frozen sherbet
Ice

In a punch bowl, combine all ingredients, floating the sherbet in large scoops on top of the mixture. Add ice, or an "ice ring" made from water frozen in a Bundt pan.
