Szechuan Wings

4 T soy sauce
2 to 4 T cayenne pepper sauce
2 T oil
2 T honey
1/4 t ground ginger
1/4 t garlic powder
2 to 3 lbs of wings

Do whatever you do to wings. Bake, broil, fry, grill -- till crisp
Serve the wings in a bowl. Mix the sauce ingredients and pour over the wings.
Bring the whole roll of paper towels to the table.

SIMPLE GRANOLA

4 c. quick-cooking oatmeal
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. raisins
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake @ 300 for 10 min. Serve with milk & shredded coconut, if desired. Store in tightly covered container.

Home Style White Bread

This is bread like grandma used to make, rich and full-bodied enough for dinner rolls or for sandwich rolls. Use the light crust setting. Use regular or rapid cycle.

1 1/8 c. water
3 1/4 c. bread flour
1/3 c. dry milk
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c. butter
3 T. honey
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. active dry yeast

Place in bread pan in the order suggested by your machine

If you want to make dinner rolls use the dough cycle and form into rolls as for any roll recipe.

Corn Fritter Bread Machine Bread

1/3 c. water
3 c. bread flour
3 T. dry milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. honey
3/4 c. canned drained corn (drained well)
1/4 c. sour cream
2 T. dried chopped chives
2 tsp. active dry yeast

Put in bread machine in order that is suggested by your bread machine.

Dough will not be as firm in the kneading process as you are used to. Relax, it will rise to the occasion.

Use rapid or regular bake cycle.

Makes large loaf.

Great with chili!

HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING - TG

2 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup honey
I c. vegetable oil
1/2 cup mustard
1/4 cup chives
2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped
1/4 cup lemon juice

Combine all ingredients. Yield 6 cups

HONEY BALLS

11/2 cup powdered milk
1 cup honey
1 cup peanut butter
1 can coconut
1 cup Wheaties

Mix powdered milk, honey, and peanut butter in a pan. Stir until ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Roll out in long rolls. Spread coconut and Wheaties together on waxed paper. Roll the long rolls in coconut and Wheaties, Cut in balls & chill

HONEY-CINNAMON SPREAD

1 package (8oz) Cream Cheese
2 Tablespoons Honey
1/4 t ground cinnamon

In medium bowl, blend all ingredients until smooth, Serve on muffins, warm, toasted bagels or your favorite breakfast bread.
