Misc.

Hi cmoc;
Here's the one we always use.

3 medium ripe avocados
lime juice
1 (8oz) carton sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
2 bunches green onions with tops -- sliced
2 medium tomatoes -- seeded and chopped
1 (6oz) can chopped black olives
8 0z shredded cheddar cheese

In the bottom of a large rectangular serving dish, evenly spread bean dip. Combine avocado and lime juice, mash until smooth. Spread over bean dip. Mix sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning together,stirring well. Spread over avocado layer. Top with green onion, then olives and then cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
