Recipe(tried): Ta Chin Chicken

Main Dishes - Chicken, Poultry
Hello. My ex-girlfriend lived across the street from the greatest Chinese restaurant in the world. I would always rave about their Ta Chin Chicken, so she tried to cook it for me several times. She got closer and closer each time. I saved the different ingredients she used, but I can in no way inform you on amounts. Good luck!

Of course we'd use Chicken, Green Peppers, Onions, Baby Corn, and mushrooms (of your choosing). I have had Ta Chin with broccoli, but this is not as traditional.

For sauces and spice, she used hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, white pepper, ginger, crushed garlic, and cooking oil.

Ta Chin should also have some bite to it, so you should add some hot oil to spice it up. Ta Chin should definately have garlic dominate the taste.

Best of luck.
