This does seem to taste a fair bit like the original. The one thing I will say is that the sauce (minus the chicken of course) appears to be vegetarian as written. However, I know for a fact that the sauce is NOT vegetarian (at least not at Pei Wei) which leads me to wonder if there might be fish sauce in it. I might try this next time in place of the soy sauce and see how the taste changes. Thanks for posting the recipe. It's also great with tofu and veggies, which was how I made it and usually order at Pei Wei. Yum.
