Recipe: Southwestern Strata (Weight Watchers recipe)

"Stratas may be assembled the night before serving, covered and refrigerated, then baked the next morning."
4 slices white bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 pound fat-free deli ham, chopped
1/4 pound light Jarlsberg cheese, shredded
2 large eggs
2 egg whites
1 1/2 cups low-fat milk
2 teaspoons canned chopped mild green chilies, drained
4 drops hot pepper sauce
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray 4 (10 ounce) custard cups with nonstick spray.
Line each cup with one quarter of the bread cubes. Divide ham and cheese among the custard cups. Whisk together the remaining ingredients. Divide mixture evenly among the custard cups.
Place the cups on a baking pan and bake until puffed and golden, and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
Makes 4 servings
Per serving: 255 calories, 9 g fat (4 saturated), 134 mg cholesterol, 615 mg sodium, 18 mg total carbohydrate, 1 g dietary fiber, 23 g protein, 450 mg calcium
