Recipe(tried): Seafood Quiche (using Bisquick, cheese and shrimp or crab)

Breakfast and Brunch
SEAFOOD QUICHE

FOR THE VEGETABLES:
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup combination chopped:
Celery
Green and/or red bell pepper
Onion
Mushrooms
FOR THE QUICHE:
1 1/2 cups milk
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash Tabasco sauce
2 cups shredded cheese
1/2 lb small shrimp or crabmeat
1 (10 1/2-inch) unbaked pie shell

Melt butter in a skillet. Saute peppers, onions, mushrooms and celery in the butter.

Combine milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt and Tabasco sauce. Stir in cheese. Add shrimp or crabmeat to mixture along with vegetables. Pour into a prepared pie shell.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 45 minutes. Add an additional 15 minutes if prepared ahead of time.
