Recipe: Traffic Jam Pie, Branson Traffic Jam Pie, and Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie Filling

1 cup raspberries
1 cup cherries
1 cup strawberries
1 cup cranberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 tablespoons minute tapioca
1 unbaked pie crust, top and bottom
Butter (for dotting)
Mix together the fruits, sugar, and tapioca; place in pie crust. Dot with butter and cover with top crust.
Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees F; reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F and bake 50 minutes longer. After 50 minutes, check to see if the pie is done. If necessary, bake a few minutes longer. Cover edges of crust with foil if it gets too brown.

1 (16 oz) can cherry pie filling
1 (4 oz) can whole cranberry sauce
pastry for one double-crust pie, unbaked
1 egg, beaten
sugar (for sprinkling on top)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine the Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Filling, cherry pie filling, and cranberry sauce; m well.
Fill bottom pie crust. Top with top crust, seal and crimp edges. Beat egg, brush top with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar. Pierce top crust to vent.
Bake 45-55 minutes.
STRAWBERRY RHUBARB PIE FILLING
2 lbs fresh or frozen rhubarb
1 (1 lb) pkg frozen strawberries
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp salt
3/4 cup corn starch
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp lemon juice
Bring a large pot of water to a boil add rhubarb, remove from heat and let sit for about 30 minutes.
Drain water and add sugar, salt and strawberries to pot.
Mix together corn starch, water, and lemon juice. Stir into rhubarb mixture and continue to cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
This is good for a pie all by itself also.
