Recipe: Turkey and Trimmings for Wedding Reception, amounts - I can help somewhat

Good Morning. Brenda, you can safely assume 1 pound of turkey per adult. EX: 50 guests, 50 pounds of turkey to bake in the oven.
If you are making stuffing using approx. 12 oz bag of bread stuff plus 12 oz of pork sausage or filling of your choice together with 1 1/4 cup each of onion & celery will be enough for approx 8 or 10 adults.
