ISO: Turkey and trimmings for wedding reception - How much do I need?

Misc.
I'm getting married in September and we're serving Turkey and the trimmings, I would like help on the amounts of food I will need, I'd appreciate it if someone could tell me how much turkey to have first, then if anyone wants to add in-put for the rest of the menu I'll list that as well. Thanks a bunch!
