Recipe(tried): Uncle Julio's butter sauce

I had the butter with their lobster. They said there was garlic, salt, and lemon in the butter but they didn't say what made it so frothy. I tried it at home by adding a tiny bit of whipped cream (unsweetened) to the warmed butter. I think that was the secret.
