Recipe(tried): Very close to uncle julios salsa

In 1995 I went to visit my sister in Texas. We went to uncle julios. She's been bringing it back to me every time she comes to visit ever since. My brother in law brought a gallon back from chicago for me once too. A couple weeks ago i bought a jar of Frontera Gourmet Mexican Salsa- Double Roasted Tomatoe Salsa. We've probably gone through 15 jars already. It's real close to uncle julios. We've been buying xochitl thin and crispy salted tortilla chip. Totally awesome!!! We got both in local Kroger grocery store.
