Recipe(tried): Zesty Garlic Dip for Penny

Dear Penny,

I am glad you requested this recipe, it was a hit at my dinner party Saturday night! It's almost addictive!! When you erve it, serve it in a small bowl that is on top of crushed ice cubes in a bigger bowl. Serve it with Wheat Thins. Here is the recipe:

ZESTY GARLIC DIP

FOR THE SEASONING MIX:
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. dried garlic bits
1/2 tsp. dried chives
1/2 tsp. dried onions bits
1/2 tsp. dried lemon peel
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. Season-All seasoned salt

Mix well and keep in a tight jar.

TO PREPARE THE DIP:
Blend 2 Tbsp. of the mix with 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup mayonnaise. Chill for 30 minutes for full flavors to develop.

Serve with Wheat Thins, chips or veggies.
