Sarah, I too am hypoglycemic. I always
Misc.things like peanut butter crackers, Nature Valley fruit and nut bars and things like dried cereal. I have suffered since I was about 4 years old. I know you said you would like snacks with more protien, I will dig around and see what I can find. In the meantime I love the Sugar Busters Cookbook. It does drop out most of the sugar, but it has some easy and delicious recipes in it. I know someone who went on the sugar busters strict diet, and stopped suffering from hypoglycemia altogether. he also lost about 50 pounds over the course of a year. I'll see what else I can find for you too!
