Recipe: Zesty Shrimp Spread (using cream cheese, mayo, parmesan and garlic)

ZESTY SHRIMP SPREAD

1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1 cup chopped cooked cleaned shrimp
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (or cilantro)
2 cloves garlic, minced
Ritz Crackers (for serving)

Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

Add all remaining ingredients except crackers; mix well.

Cover; refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

Serve with crackers.

Makes 2 1/4 cups
