CURRIED DEVILED EGGS
"Grandma certainly would be proud of Curried Deviled Eggs, a modern interpretation of her cookout classic. A teaspoon of mild curry powder gives basic deviled eggs an unexpected flair."

12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon McCormick Curry Powder
1/2 teaspoon McCormick Ground Mustard
1/4 teaspoon McCormick Coarse Ground Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 green onions, thinly sliced (green part only)

Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks; place in small bowl.

Mash yolks with fork or potato masher. Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry, mustard, pepper and salt until smooth and creamy.

Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg halves. Sprinkle with green onions. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.

Makes 12 servings
