ISO: African Chicken Stew with Green Olives and Wine

In Paris someone once served me a chicken stew made with white wine, carrots, and green olives (maybe a few green grapes as well, as I recall). This was served over rice, and the host told me it was an African recipe. It was delicious. Has anyone heard of a dish like this, and if so, do you have a recipe.
