ISO: Amana Radar-Range Cookbook, Company Broccoli

I, too, have misplaced my Amana Radar-Range Cookbook--we moved and I've lost an entire box of cookbooks! There was a recipe in the cookbook that I think may have been called "Company Broccoli". Some of the ingredients were sour cream, poppy seeds, cashews, etc. The sauce was used over cooked broccoli and served as a hot vegetable.
