Just got my Magic Bullet for Christmas and so far it has worked well. I had some raw beef rib roast in the fridge that I was going to cook today but decided to see how well the unit would ground meat. I cut the roast into 1-2 inch chunks and popped it in the Magic Bullet. I do notice that things need to be done in batches rather than jamming the cup full. It ground the meat up perfectly and in 5 minutes I was feeding myself and the kids fresh ground burger from a prime rib cut of meat. It was great! Next will be to try and add BBQ sauce while grinding and also adding spices for a meatloaf.
One tip on grinding ice. Do it before you add any liquid or ingredients and it leaves less large chunks.
