Dear Angela,

Thank you for pointing out that the vinegar was missing from the sauce in recipe. I've added in an amount I think would be appropriate for the dish but please feel free to add it to your taste. I also clarified some of the instructions. I haven't tried the recipe. If you try it please let us know how it turns out.
