ISO: Baked eggs in large quantity

When I served in the Navy, we were served on Sunday morning a baked egg dish or call it a large pan. Consisted I believe of eggs with onions poured into a large pan( like a cake pan) 24 x 36. They were baked in the oven. Iam interested in a recipe. Iam responsible for a fellowship breakfast at church once a month and I would like to provide a variety of egg dishes. Thanks
