ISO: Bread machine recipes using organic flours

Misc.
Dear honored bread makers,
I got a 1 1/2 lb bread machine for Christmas and went a little crazy buying organic flours. Now I can't find recipes. HELP! I will waste $65 if I don't find recipes for (or including):
Perfect Harvest Flour
Spelt flour
flaxseed
raw wheat germ
quinoa
millet flour
rye flour
(I also have sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, brown flax seeds and sunflower seeds.)
Believe me, I have never heard of half of this stuff-- I just thought it would make good bread. And now I'm in a jam. Any help is greatly appreciated. I vow not to buy another store bought loaf until all these ingredients are used. Thank you!!!!
