ISO: Cabbage Slaw (canning recipe)

I have just sampled some wonderful "Cabbage Slaw" made by the Amish in our area. It contained cabbage, carrots, green peppers, onion, and I believe (because of the taste and yellow color) mustard seed. I have since found a recipe that sounds like it but is just a side dish. This was jarred and sealed. Does anyone know of such a recipe or similar item?
