ISO: Chocolate Cake-Rich, dense, heavy!!!

Hi, does anyone have a recipe for a chocolate cake that is very dense, heavy and rich? Everything I come across is for the light and airy cakes, like from a package. I would love a recipe for the ones you get in good reastaurants. Also if you have a recipe for the chocolate frosting I'd love that too. Thank you.
