ISO: clove hamburger potato stuffing

Misc.
My grandmother was from Woster Massachucetts, and used to make a dressing for Thanksgiving that included cloves, hamburger and potatoes. Anybody recall the recipe for it? I could wing it but my thought is that this tradition will be lost due to the stovetopers etc.
Thanks in advance
