ISO: Crab Apple Jelly (using jelly crab apples)

I would like to know, if there is a recipe for my Jelly Crab apples, to make a jelly using suregel. I made it once and I think it called for 7 C. of the jelly crab apple juice and 9 cups of sugar. I remember putting the suregel in a small sauce pan and boiling that with water, before I added it to my juice/sugar mix. The jelly crab apples are small and deep red in color, they make beautiful red ruby jelly. It has been so long since I have made that jelly. The jelly crab apples are much smaller than the crab apples. Does anyone know how to make the jelly crab apple jelly with surgel?
