ISO: Enchiladas

I had a recipe for Enchiladas that we loved. It had ground beef, onions, and some cinnamon. I had gotten the recipe out of the newspaper in Bakersfield Calif. in the 50's and when my sister borrowed it she lost it somehow. We've never been able to find it since. It used flour tortillas also. Help...
