Recipe: Thanksgiving Dressing (using stuffing mix, crock pot)

THANKSGIVING DRESSING

"This recipe can be easily doubled and placed in greased 6 to 7-quart slow cooker."

1 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
2 packages (6 ounces each) seasoned stuffing mix
1 (14.5 ounce) can vegetable or chicken broth
2 eggs, beaten

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Spread mixture into greased 3 1/2 to 5-quart slow cooker.

Cover crock pot and cook on LOW 4-5 hours.

Serve with your favorite Thanksgiving dishes.

Makes 10-12 servings
