ISO: Fiesta Fudge

I am looking for a recipe called Fiesta Fudge which uses regular M&M's, marshmallow creme, peanut butter. I found it years ago in a little recipe card requested from M&M's. I have since lost it. My kids always loved this candy and I would like to make it again for Christmas. If you can help, please contact me. Thanks.
