ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHOCOLATE FACTORY APPLE PIE
Mix 4 cups white chocolate with 2 tbsp Crisco.
Heat with a double boiler. Chocolate MUST be 87 degrees F for perfect dipping consistency. Do NOT overheat.
Using ready made caramel apples (granny smith only), dip apples in melted chocolate and let excess drip (spin apple).
Sprinkle with apple pie mix, then let it set on wax paper.
FOR THE APPLE PIE MIX: In a separate bowl, combine 3 parts brown sugar with 2 parts ground cinnamon; mix well.
I work at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, and make these weekly. Good Luck!
