ISO: Florida Coconut Patties

Misc.
I'm looking for a recipe for Florida Coconut Patties. These look like a 2" square chewy coconut confection with the bottom and sides covered in chocolate. I've found recipes that you make into a ball. These look like they were a block that chocolate was poured over and then they are sliced.
