Recipe: Teen Team Pizzas (mini-pizzas, Bisquick recipe, 1970's)

"Small 3-by-3 inch pizzas. One cook does the dough and sauce, the other the toppings: Sliced green onions, olives, franks, pepperoni - whatever's handy."
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup chili sauce, tomato sauce or pizza sauce
1 cup shredded cheese
Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
Stir baking mix and water to a soft dough. Gently smooth dough into a ball on floured cloth-covered board. Knead 5 times.
Roll dough into a rectangle, 15x9-inches. Cut into 3-inch squares; pinch edges to form rims.
Spread each square with 1 tablespoon sauce; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cheese and your favorite toppings.
Bake on ungreased baking sheet 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes 15 pizzas 3-inch pizzas
