ISO: Gingerbread House recipe from Cooking of Germany-TimeLife/Foods ofthe World

Misc.
This gingerbread house recipe was in the Time Life series Foods of the world. It was in the spiral bound recipe book of The Cooking of Germany. It also had a pattern for this thick walled Gingerbread house. I need both pattern and recipe. Thanks for the help.
