ISO: Great Chili Dog or Coney Dog Sauce Recipe

I have been searching for a good chili dog recipe for a friend of mine
and believe it or not I've not come across very many on the net. If you
have a "unique" one please let me know - my girlfriend would like a
recipe with a somewhat sweet taste but not too overpowering with chili
powder. (She has young children.)
