ISO: Group 6 Great American Recipe Cards 1988 (Beef recipe made with chives)

Misc.
I am looking for a recipe that was lost during a move when my husband was in the Army. I can't remember the name of the recipe, but I know that it was in Group 6 and it was a beef dish (like a stir-fry) made with chives. Can anyone please help, my husband really liked this recipe and is craving it! Thanks!
