re: Search for Beef Recipe from Great American Recipe Cards

Misc.
Brenda,

I have searched every recipe in the Beef Category (6) and found two recipes that use chives. The first a London Broil with Herbed Cheese, but, this is not a stir fry.

And "Steak Strips and Onions" which contains the following ingredients - top sirloin, flour, salt, pepper, paprika, dry mustard, butter, garlic, red onion, beef bouillon, ketchup Worcestershire Sauce, sour cream and Chopped Chives or parsley, for garnish. Do these ingredients sound familiar, please let me know and I will type up the recipe.
