This recipe requires pulling to make it thin. So get yourself some heat-resistant gloves and pull it. There are several examples on YouTube if you're not sure how.

I've noticed Juanita's brittle has a lot of nuts, so include more than in the typical brittle recipe. It should at first look like there are too many nuts, but if you have the right proportions, it will turn out right after you pull it.
