ISO: Hungry Farmer Restaurant In-House 'GREEN' Salad Dressing

Back in August 2006 I placed a request for the 'green' in-house salad dressing that is served at Hungry Farmer on SW. Military Dr. in San Antonio. Someone posted the ingredients but not the amounts of each ingredient. After coming back from Midland TX., my adult kids took me to Hungry Farmer for a steak dinner and the green' salad dressing is just as awesome then as it is now!!! Anyone got the recipe for this dressing??????
