Recipe(tried): Wakefield Chops

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
I have a recipe for Wakefield Chops, not sure if it's what you remember but it's my favourite way to eat them :)

WAKEFIELD CHOPS

8 lamb chops
4 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon vinegar
4 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 pint water or stock

Mix flour and mustard and place in oven bag (or casserole dish) with chops, shake well to coat chops. Mix remaining ingredients and add to bag.

Heat oven to 350 degrees F, takes 1 1/4 hours to cook.

Can be made with cross-cut blade steak or lamb chops
