ISO: Lesley Stowe Raincoast Crisps recipe
Misc.Looking for a copycat recipe for Lesley Stowe's Raincoast Crisps. They're a type of gourmet crackers, phenomenally delicious but also really expensive. They come in a variety of flavours -- the once I want to make are the rosemary & pecan ones and the cranberry & hazlenut ones.
My guess is that they're made in a loaf pan, baked, and then sliced and baked again to make them crisp.
TIA
