ISO: lobster recipe featuring champagne sauce

Looking for a great lobster recipe with champagne in the sauce. Had to cook lobster and remove meat and use boiled shells in the sauce. One of the best recipes we've ever tried. Probably in Bon Appetit or Gourmet magazine last year.
