ISO: Looking for meat pie recipe

My mother use to make a meat pie with cube steak on the bottom, carrots and sliced potatoes. Then she put a pastry crust on it and baked it. I'm quite sure she floured the steak because I can remember there being a gravy. If anyone knows this recipe and will share it I would really appreciate it.
